1. All competitions open to UK residents only

2. Entries will only be valid by following the instructions on the competition posts on Facebook or Twitter

3. Winner will be chosen at random

4.The Lost Chef decision is final

5. The prize will be sent to UK address within 14 days of the Competition Closing

6.Any images are representation only, actual prize will be described within the competition posts.

7.There is no cash alternative and prizes are nontransferable.
